All deliveries are free. Including International shipping.
How long is delivery?

We ship your product with in 3 to 7 working daysdepending on the placement of the order in relation to the weekend and destination i.e International shipping.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship to all destination with in Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding hotels, hostels, PO boxes, prisons and British forces Post office. We ship to International destinations outside the UK free of charge also, please email to info@black-beads.com to confirm shipping to your Country of residence for further details on delivery times.

What is the return policy?

90 Days Return/Exchange Policy

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you, and if the item(s) are covered by our 90 Return Policy.

The following reasons are covered by our 90 day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.

Black-Beads.com is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees) if,

  • We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
  • You received the incorrect Symbol Bead.
  • The chain of the bracelet is damaged or if the clasp is damaged.
  • Platting is chipping, Gem stone falls off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) of equivalent value free of charge.

The following reasons are covered by our 90 day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.

  • Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees.
  • Black-Beads.com does not refund any shipping fees not covered by the consumer act of 2015.
  • You chose the wrong size bracelet(s).
  • Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
    Personalised items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90 day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

  • Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your Black Beads product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidised silver are easily damaged ( Especially our Vibrablack Bead).
  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with a silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
